Meet Our Collaborators


Alexsander Swader (they/he), from Birmingham, Alabama, trained at the Royal Academy of Dance–accredited Alabama Ballet School and earned their BFA in Dance from NYU Tisch in 2021. They joined Hubbard Street Dance Chicago in 2022 and YYDC in 2023, performing in world premieres including Nowhere and Somewhere. Alexsander has also performed internationally at the Schrittmacher Festival and Orsolina 28. As a freelance artist, they’ve worked with Alexander Anderson, Akira Uchida, and Madoka Kariya, appeared in Wiederhoeft’s NYFW SS24, and taught at Hubbard Street, Alabama Ballet, Peridance, NYU Tisch, and SUNY Purchase.


Ashley Kaylynn Green (she/her) began her training at Columbia City Jazz where she found her love for dance in South Carolina. She trained in a variety of styles including ballet, modern, jazz, tap, and hip hop. In 2020, Green received her BFA in Dance from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, under the direction of Garfield Lemonius. There, she performed works by Peter Chu, Aszure Barton, Kyle Abraham, and Darrell Grand Moultrie. After graduation, she joined Whim W’Him Seattle Contemporary Dance where she received a Princess Grace Award in Dance. Green joined the Company in 2021 and that year she was named one of “25 to Watch” by Dance Magazine. She has performed her own improvisational work at Into the Open Music Festival and Amalgamation. She’s created work with McKoy Dance Project, Jonah Bokaer Arts Foundation, and Arkansas Ballet.


Carl Ponce Cubero (they/them/siya) is a first generation Filipinx American movement artist/creative, originally from California’s Central Valley, currently based out of New York City. While studying at University of California, Irvine, they had the amazing honor and privilege of dancing under the late Donald McKayle. They have performed domestically and internationally with Ailey II from 2018-2020 and was a guest artist with Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater in the Spring of 2022. Carl Ponce has had the opportunity to dance works by Donald McKayle, Alvin Ailey, Aszure Barton, Jessica Lang, Lar Lubovitch, Andrea Miller, Rena Butler, Omar Román De Jesus, and Olga Rabetskaya.


Originally from Southern California, Chryssa (she/her) has made New York her new home. She proudly represents (All)Ways Dance Company as an original member. Under the direction of Alyssa Myers, Chryssa has performed with (A)DC for live audiences at New York Live Arts and Arts On Site. Since graduating in 2021 from the USC Glorya Kaufman School of Dance, her professional experiences include performing and assisting in productions with choreographers Tessandra Chavez, Andrew Winghart, Christopher Scott, Phillip & Makenzie Chbeeb, and Zoe Schofield. Artist credits include Jimmie Allen, Brandy, Chance the Rapper, and Tai Verdes.


Elliana Lynch-Daniels (she/her) is a New York City–based dance artist originally from Chapel Hill, North Carolina. She currently freelances and performs with various project-based dance companies. Elliana received her early training at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts and went on to earn a BFA in Dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. She has performed works by Kyle Abraham, Laja Fields, Rena Butler, Kayla Farrish, Camille A. Brown, and Olga Rabetskaya. Her artistic practice is rooted in improvisational movement research, both in the studio and in nature. In her free time, Elliana is most likely outside going on long walks, listening to music, and drinking a delicious iced coffee. Elliana is thrilled to be a part of (All)Ways Dance Company and to perform “Absent of” choreographed by Alyssa Myers.


Jada German (she/her) is a freelance dancer and performer based in New York City. She has danced with Twyla Tharp, made her Broadway debut in the original cast of Illinoise, and is a company member with The Metropolitan Opera Ballet. Her work spans multiple genres, appearing in “The Artist” TV series, as a soloist dancer with The Dallas Opera, as well as being in several freelance-based projects, dance films, music videos, and walked in NYFW. She is an alum of The Juilliard School, earning a BFA in 2022. Awards include a Chita Rivera Award for Outstanding Ensemble in a Broadway show (Illinoise), and a Bessie Award for Outstanding Revival (In The Upper Room).


Joan Dwiartanto (she/her), a Singapore-born dancer and 2022 Juilliard graduate, is passionate about both performance and dance film. Her award-winning short Crying On The Island They Own highlights her work as a director and choreographer. She has performed with YYDC in Yue Yin’s NOWHERE (2023) and SOMEWHERE (2024), and will appear in ELSEWHERE at 92NY this October. Joan recently danced as a Swing with Hubbard Street Dance Chicago (2024–25), and is currently a guest artist with Gibney Dance Company, and will perform Johan Inger’s BLISS at NYLA this fall.


Jordan Powell (she/her) is a New York City-based freelance dance artist. Born and raised in New Jersey, she honed her skills in various genres and continued her training at the University of Southern California Glorya Kaufman School of Dance. Upon receiving her BFA in dance, Jordan joined the Gibney Company where she performed internationally, dancing works by widely acclaimed choreographers for two years. As a freelance artist Jordan has performed in productions at the Metropolitan Opera, with (All)Ways Dance Company, The NEW Jack Cole Dancers, Shen Wei Dance Arts and recently completed her first season as a Radio City Rockette.


Lillie (she/her) is a freelance dancer based in Brooklyn. Before moving to New York, she danced for Spectrum Dance Theater, under the direction of Donald Byrd. Recently, she has performed work by Michelle Thompson Ulerich and has guested with Rochester City Ballet and New York State Ballet. She earned her BFA from USC’s Glorya Kaufman School of Dance under the direction of Jodie Gates and William Forsythe. While at USC, she performed works by William Forsythe, Barak Marshall, Jiri Kylian, Paul Taylor and more. She is thrilled to continue to work with (All)Ways Dance Company.


Lieana Sherry (she/her) is a Chinese-American dance artist and teacher focused on concert dance via contemporary, modern, and ballet techniques. Sherry pursues work that wields technique and physicality to share stories, cultivate diverse conversations, and reflect life through multiple lenses. Her professional work includes concert repertory dance company work in Chicago, New York and Kansas City. Lieana's first love is dance, and she sews in her passion for movement in all things as she expands her creative endeavors with modeling and teaching yoga (200 Hr RYT).


Rachel Harris (she/her) is a Bessie-nominated dancer, choreographer, and director for stage, film, and theater based in New York City. The North Carolina native studied under Denise Britz-Clarke and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Southern California Glorya Kaufman School of Dance under Jodie Gates and William Forsythe. Her credits include Metropolitan Opera, Chicago Lyric Opera, Los Angeles Opera, Parsons Dance, Life and Trust Emursive, NVA and Guests, Traverse City Dance Project, Zeitgeist Dance Theatre, andMonica Bill Barnes & Company. A choreographer in her own rite, Rachel has been commissioned by Howard University, Traverse City Dance Project, the Kennedy Center, Paul Brill for Cost of Believing, and has received several grants to produce her choreography, most recently being the Carmel Dance Festival Choreography Fellowship. Throughout her career, Rachel has worked with Yusha Marie-Sorzano, Sidra Bell, Stefanie Batten Bland, Rena Butler, Rickey Tripp, Marjanie Forté-Saunders, Hope Boykin, Rick and Jeff Kuperman, Jennifer Lott, and many others.. Robert Rubama (they/he) is a graduate of George Mason University with a BFA in Dance. They have worked with The Metropolitan Opera, The Mark Morris Dance Group, Haus of Bambi, Groundworks Dance Theater, Carolyn Dorfman Dance, Peridance Contemporary Dance Company, Alejandro Cerrudo, Orange Grove Dance, and LaneCoArts. Robert was an artist-in-residence at The National Building Museum, The Floor on Atlantic, and The Homeport Art House. They were also the Director & Founder of Terre Dance Collective from 2017 to 2024. Their recent performance work has been with Flockworks Dance and Yue Yin Dance Company.
Robert is an independent choreographer, and their work has been performed by Company E Dance, Spark Movement Collective, Bucknell University, Cleveland Dance Project, Jane Franklin Dance, and Luna Dance Company. They have been on the summer intensive teaching faculty for Orange Grove Dance & Flockworks Dance. Robert is an animal lover, a coffee addict, a daydreamer, and loves the color black.

Wyeth Walker (he/him) is a dancer and choreographer, currently based in NYC. Raised in Virginia, he grew up training under Denise Wall, later graduating from USC Kaufman in 2022. After graduating, Wyeth danced with RUBBERBAND for three seasons. Wyeth is thrilled to make his NYC debut with (All)Ways Dance Company.
